You will receive a full page advertisement on our website with a picture and resort profile for enticement
purposes. In the future if you decide to sell your timeshare, we will change your marketing at no additional
cost to you. The first people we contact are those who’ve rented from you in the past (They’ve already had
a test drive).

- Every year as long as you own your timeshare we will contact you with offers to rent your weeks /
points.
- Every year for as long as you own, you decide to take the cash or decline the offer and vacation
yourself.
- For a one-time NON RECURRING fee we’ll send you money any year you cannot travel or if you just
need some extra cash to put into your pocket. The nice part about it! It’s entirely up to you.
