Each full page ad includes a picture of the resort as well as a description of the property along with the
amenities offered by the resort and in the area of the resort. Each page also includes the specific
accommodations i.e. number of bedrooms/bathrooms, full kitchen, pool views etc. The asking price is
clearly defined as part of the announcement.  The toll free number, website and link to the customer
service department is provided for consumer convenience.

How much does it cost?

Pro Player Timeshare Resale does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to timeshare marketing.
Demand for a particular property or location, number of units currently for sale, and sale price are
considered when calculating our fees... but don't worry, we typically cost less than the industry average.
Here is a brief summary:

  • Cost range is between $299 up to $599

  • One-time rentals and continuous rentals are from $299 - $399 this is a one-time non recurring
    fee.

  • Advertising/Marketing timeshares for sale are $599 this is a one-time non recurring fee.

Once a consumer has decided to advertise his/her property and agreed to a one-time advertising fee,
an Internet advertisement is uploaded and the consumer's information is verified to ensure correct
posting of the advertisement.

A formal contract is then sent to the consumer to be signed along with a credit card receipt, if
applicable. Once the contract is signed and returned, the company forwards all inquiries about the
property directly to the consumer and allows the consumer to negotiate the sale of the property without
the involvement of a broker or paying a commission.

The one-time advertising fee is non-refundable unless a property is sold within 15% of the original
asking price, using any other way than through the company's services. Should a consumer decide to
cancel an advertisement, the advertising fee may be refunded only if the consumer notifies the
company in writing within thirty (30) days of posting the advertisement.

Pro Player Timeshare Resale charges the client's credit card for the advertising fee once the owner
agreement is returned with the client's signature.

Pro Player Timeshare Resale cancellation policy requires written and signed explanation within thirty
(30) days including the day your contracts are shipped. Credit card purchases are authorized by
recorded verification. Refunds are processed within thirty (30) days after
receiving the Notice of Cancellation.

Statistical Data

Pro Player Timeshare Resale is committed to providing detailed statistical data for all timeshare owners.
According to an Ernst & Young survey concerning timeshare developments, “Two-bedroom units
represent the most common size (63%) followed by one-bedroom (22%), three-bedroom or larger (9%),
and studios, less than (6%).” Timeshare resale buyers are acquiring units in roughly the same ratios of
bedrooms.

Nationwide timeshare resale asking prices at Pro Player Timeshare Resale in 2008, figures show a two-
bedroom asking price was $11,031 for high season and $10,963 for all other seasons. In 2009 the two-
bedroom resale prices increased faster and show a trend in demand and values for larger units.

Inventory ratios do not always reflect the success rate of a “resale service provider” due to austere
marketing strategies and attrition rates versus new properties for sale. Pro Player Timeshare Resale
confirms zero sales for 2008 but new properties range between 1 and 1000. Because we are a For-
Sale-By-Owner agency, we do not conduct closings at any of our facilities therefore, zero closings
would be the industry standard for any “resale services provider”. Conversely, a study released by
ARDA International and conducted by Ernst & Young points out indicators for future and accelerated
growth in the future. In 2006, 14,000 new units were built and 11,000 in 2007. In 2008 and beyond, the
current forecast is for about 47,000 new units. The Ernst & Young survey showed a new sales growth of
81% over a five year period, additionally, the number of timeshare owners in the US grew from three
million in 2002 to 4.4 million in 2006 with 1,615 resorts operating in the US and 176,232 timeshare units.

ARDA survey data indicates that Florida led the nation with the largest part of the sales market at 23%,
followed by California at 8% and South Carolina at 7%. Sales data from 2007-2008 shows timeshare
properties located in the state of Florida held the largest part of the resale market at 21%. Very close
behind at 19% is Hawaii. Coming in third is California with 15% of the resale market.
